All projects developed by Srachi Realty are registered under the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act (WBHIRA), in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Each individual project's RERA registration number is published on its respective project page and brochure on this website. We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to independently verify project registration details on the official WBHIRA website (wbhira.wb.gov.in) before making any booking decision.

Sanctioned plans, layouts and specifications as approved by the competent authority and disclosed in the RERA registration shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
